Equipment Rules

A valid KSU ID is required to checkout A/V equipment
Equipment checkout is for academic purposes only
Equipment may be checked out for a maximum of three days;extended checkout requires MDG approval
Consecutive reservations are not permitted
MDG does not drop off or pick up checked out equipment
Equipment may only be checked out by the person whose name appears on the reservation
Late returnes will result in suspention of checkout privileges and a hold on registration for classes
Equipment that is more than one week late will be considered stolen and a police report will be filed
